Balloon Decor of Central California is a balloon and event decorating company headed by Cathy Lopez. Cathy became one of the first Certified Balloon Artists(CBA) in 1994 when the program started. She is now one of 2000 CBA's worldwide. The CBA program is group of dedicated experts and professionals. Before 1994 Cathy ran a chain of card and gift store called Card Attack.

BDCC provides balloon decor for parties,weddings,corporate events and trade shows. We use the very best quality balloons. We often incorporate lights into our designs.  Look for new designs in Megaloons (giant balloon letters) and link-o-loons(stringing balloons end to end).

Air-filled designs are an eco-friendly option that we offer if there is a concern about the use of helium. We often think of balloons as a single balloon with helium.  Just look at our photo gallery and be surprised and amazed with the new designs in air filled balloons.
